Clients of MyDebtRemedy.ca understand that the service provided is that of coaching. We do not handle any filing of paperwork on behalf of our clients. All success or failure in eliminating credit card debts must be credited to the client based on the work performed.

The methodology taught at MyDebtremedy.ca has been thoroughly tested with a 100% success rate when executed as instructed. We cannot control if, how or when the client will issue paperwork to the creditor(s) therefore MyDebtRemedy.ca takes no responsibility for the results of the program unless it can be proven that the client followed the instructions exactly as prescribed.

MyDebtRemedy.ca acknowledges that in today's digital environment, the templates and instructions offered digitally to clients may be copied and redistributed without permission from MyDebtRemedy.ca or it's officers. We cannot be held responsible for what might be done with our materials if leaked to the public. Everything done at MyDebtRemedy.ca is done in good faith with the intention of being honorable to all at all times. Therefore, MyDebtRemedy.ca and it's officers shall not be held liable for any claims of damages. MyDebtRemedy.ca may change the offering to clients in the future as it sees fit; while most of the information shared in the course is publicly available, the print materials provided by MyDebtRemedy.ca are the intellectual property of the company and are not to be re-sold.
Mediation
By entering into a client relationship with MyDebtRemedy.ca, the client waives the right to take MyDebtRemedy.ca, its affiliates and its officers to any court of law. In the case of a dispute that cannot be settled amicably between the parties, a panel of three mediators will be selected to settle the matter. One of the mediators will be chosen by the client, one by the officer in charge at MyDebtRemedy.ca and a third will be an artificial intelligence (A.I.) agent such as ChatGPT. Any costs borne by these mediators will be paid for by the one who selected him/her. The majority ruling on the matter by the three mediators will be binding upon both parties to the dispute.
